If you have experienced a problem with a listing, a payment, or another user on the platform, you can file a formal dispute and our team will investigate within 2–3 business days.
Refund policy highlight: Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been approved and published.
Disputes must be raised within 7 days of payment for review.

How do I list a property?+
Visit your dashboard and click "List a Space". Follow the wizard to add your property details, photos, and availability. Most listings take about 10 minutes to complete.
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept online payments via Paystack in ZAR. The standard listing fee is 450 ZAR per property listing.
Can I get a refund after my listing is approved?+
No. Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing is approved and published. Refunds are only considered for cases like duplicate charges, payment captured but no publication, or listings rejected by platform review.
How long does approval take?+
Most listings are approved within 24-48 hours. Our admin team reviews each listing for accuracy and compliance with our community standards.
Can I save searches or alerts?+
Yes! You can save custom search filters in your dashboard. You'll receive email notifications whenever new listings match your saved searches.
